Before we begin, I must say this. The supreme court has ruled that the police have no obligation to protect you, In other words, police are well within their rights to pick and choose when to intervene to protect the lives and property of others, even when a threat is apparent.

This website, is to inform you about your rights, and how to defend them when they are being violated.
WHAT TO SAY TO A PUBLIC SERVANT OR PUBLIC OFFICIAL WHEN GATHERING INFORMATION
When speaking to a public servant ( gestapo ) or a public official, when gathering information for a story or for any other reason. Please follow these steps
1.) When speaking to them in public or over the phone, be professional by telling them the information you need, and be cordial when speaking to them. That way is looks good on your part whether speaking to them in person over the phone.
2.) When speaking to them in person, always remember to have audio and video recording of your interactions with all servants. And When speaking to them over the phone you must do the same by recording the converstation with audio recording, and you must also tell them over the phone before doing this for your protection say: THIS PHONE CALL IS BEING RECORDED FOR DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES.
3.) Tell them right away, hello can I get your name and badge number so I know who I am speaking with? And if it's a public official you tell them over the phone as well you are taping the call and then you say, can I get your name and your job position so I know who I am talking with.
4.) And if they are being rude, and they want to know who you are, you need to say this to them, that is confidential and I don't want to wave my fourth Amendment rights away.
5.) Save all video and audio recordings, just in case they turn around and say you were harassing them, and they decide to put a false charge on, for example it's over the phone they will put a false charge on you on harassment of communications and this will include email as well. So take a screen shot of the email and save it.
I want to point out that you don't have to buy expensive equipment to film all public servants and public officials.
You are able to do it on your phone, but if you use your phone be careful that the cops don't get a hold of it.
Because they will violate your rights by going through your phone and trying to delete the pictures and your videos, you will need to use some apps for your phone that will help you protect your videos, I also need to put this out their. That when filming the police, you must do it live streaming. Also never!! Film the these gestapos alone, these gestapos are predators!! And just like a gang ( the thin blue line ) they work in groups. So it is best to take at least four or more when filming these gestapos, even when you are doing a 1st Amendment Audit you are also able to collaborate with other Activists.
NOTE!!
( One other equipment that is a must to have is a police scanner. This is for your protection so that when a bootlicker fasley calls the gestapos on you all because you are exercising your 1st Amendment right. Please keep in mind that the bootlicker, when calling dispatch and it is a false report, the bootlicker has just committed a crime. And you are able to press charges on the bootlicker for doing this to you. There are several different scanners out their, like digital, analog, and so on. But now across all police departments in all 50 states they are now encrypting their messages, they started doing this back in 9/11 so it is best to get a very good scanner that is able to work in your area.

One other reason is, if they try to hurt you in any way, you will have an audience that will see what is going on, and while your live streaming to your audience they will be your witnesses of what the cops did to you.
The other reason you need to live stream is that if they do get your phone or camera, they will not get your video, because it will be live streaming at the platform you have chosen.
( youtube is not the only one out there ) and from what I was told, by an inside source that works in law enforcement, that they ( law enforcement ) are afraid of all 1st Amendment Auditors. Not because we are keeping them accountable, but because they "fear for their lives" and they feel their lives are in dannger. ( what a joke!! )
And to this information I say, let them fear us!! Because if they keep on violating peoples rights, we will be right their over there shoulders watching them, so let us strike fear into their black hearts!! THEY WORK FOR US!!
Also, you will need to protect yourself from boot lickers, practice your second Amendment A.K.A. 2A or you could take with you some pepper spray, the most strongest and most powerful pepper spray you need to use is Fogger pepper spray.
You are 55 times more likely to be killed by a cop ( Gestapo ) then by anyone else, and the other 2 percent that are helping these GESTAPO'S to kill people are the BOOT LICKERS!!
The boot lickers have their part in this by calling their Gestapo's!!
And making a false report to 9-11 or dispatch!!
These boot lickers need to be held accountable for their actions as well!!

If your fourth Amendment right is being violated, by these gestapo's unlawfully. Then what you need to do is put some audio and video cameras outside your house, and you must do the same inside the house as well, they will need to be hidden away from your unexpected vistrors.
( the gestapo's ) If you do a search online, you will find several websites that you are able to purchase hidden spy cameras. You must also do this with your vehicle, again, if you go online there are some great deals for cam dash for your vehicle, I would suggest to by a small one that is not noticable to these gestapo's. And my last suggestion that I would encourage everyone to do ( we the people ) is to put small hiddin audio video cameras inside your vehicle as well, so when they violate your fourth Amendment rights you have proof that they either planted something in your car, or anything that was said towards you incriminating while they are in their line of duty. These are just a few steps to take to fight back in court and win!!

WHAT IS A STING RAY?
Since protesters around the country have marched against the tryranny ( gestapo's ) of police brutality and in support of the black lives matter movement,
activists have spotted a recurring presence in the sky, like mysterious planes and helicopters hovering overhead, apparently they are conducting surreillance on protesters.
Stingray is the generic name for an electronic surveillance tool that simulates a cell phone tower in order to force mobile phones and other devices to connect to it instead of to a legitimate cell tower.
In doing this, the phone or other device reveals information about itself and its user to the operator of the stingray.
Other common names for the tool are cell - site simulator and IMSI catcher.
How stingrayworks is the phone periodically and automatically broadcast their presence to the cell tower that is nearest to them, so that the phone carrier network can provide them with service in that location.
They do this even when the phone is not being used to make or receive a call.
When a phone communicates with a cell tower, it reveals the unique I.D. or IMSI number
( International Mobile Subscriber Identity ) associated with the SIM card in the the phone.
The IMSI number identifies that phone and its owner as a paying customer of a cell carrier, and that number can be matched by the carrier to the owner's name, address, and phone number.
A stingray masquerades as a cell tower in order to get phones to ping it instead of legitimate cell towers, and in doing so, reveal the phones IMSI numbers.
In the past, it did this by emitting a signal that was stronger than the signal generated by legitimate cell towers around it.
Because a stingray is not really a tower on the carrier's network, calls and messages to and from a phone can't go through while the phone is communicating with the stingray.
So after the stingray captures the device's IMSI number and location, the stingray "release" the phone so that it can connect to a real cell tower.
It can do this by broadcasting a message to that phone that effectively tells the phone to find a different tower.
Law enforcement can use a stingray either to identify all of the phones in the vicinity of the stinray or a specific phone, even when the phones are not in use.
If law enforcement already knows the IMSI number of a specific phone and person they are trying to locate, they can program that IMSI number into the stingray and it will tell them if that phone is nearby, law enforcement can also home in on the location of a specific phone and its user by moving the stingray around a geographical area and measuring the phone's signal strength as it connects to the stingray.
Law enforcement can also switch to a hand - held device called king fish, which offers even more precision.
A device called dirt box is the common name for specific models of an IMSI catcher.
This device is used by the DEA and U.S. marshals for airplanes to intercept data from mobile phones.
For years, law enforcement used the devices without a warrant to use the technology in cases involving such things.
However, whether the government has used the technology against
black lives matter protesters and activists without a warrant is likely something that will remain a secret for some time.
But if you are a black hat hacker, not to be confused with an ethical hacker, you are able to use there own device's on them.
You are able to use the same equipment as the NSA does, like the
